At FreakFitYog, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through engaging, high-impact online Yoga classes. We believe in the power of consistency and accountability—and our refund policy reflects that commitment.
Our Refund Commitment
We offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency. These are based on your active participation and the objective outcomes expected from your selected program. If you fully commit to the program and still don’t see the expected results, we’ve got you covered.
Eligibility for a Refund
No Noticeable Results Within Promised Duration
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
1. 95%Attendance Requirement
You must attend at least 95% of scheduled classes for your enrolled program.
- Attendance Tracking: Attendance is automatically logged when you join and remain for the entire duration of each live virtual class.
- Excused Absences for Technical Issues: Must be reported within 24 hours to support@freakfityog.com or !+919259727854 with a valid explanation and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
A maximumof 2 excused absences will be considered per program.
You must show no measurable progress based on the outcomes stated for your specific program (e.g., weight loss, improved stamina, flexibility, strength).
- Program-Specific Benchmarks: Each program comes with defined goals. Example: Lose 3–4 kg in 1 months.
- Required Proof Includes: o Clear before and after photos (dated) o Body measurements (e.g., waist, hip, arms) at start and end o Abrieflog of efforts aligning with the program (e.g., diet changes, extra activity)
- Verification: Our fitness experts will review your results based on program benchmarks. Their decision will be final.
Forged or manipulated evidence will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to account suspension.
Refunds are One-Time Only
Refunds will be granted only once per user unless otherwise specified in writing. This prevents misuse of the policy across multiple programs.
Non-Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Attendance is below 95%, or absence is not reported promptly.
- Failure to submit required evidence of no results.
- Requests made after 7 days of program completion.
- Personal reasons (e.g., lack of motivation, schedule change).
- Dislike of class style, instructor, or program format.
- Unverified or ongoing technical issues on the user’s side (e.g., internet or device problems).
- Programs marked non-refundable at purchase.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the above criteria, follow these steps within 7 days of program completion:

Refund Process
- Review Timeline: Your request will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.

- Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Program Changes or Cancellations
If Freak Fit cancels or significantly alters a program affecting its promised results, you will be entitled to a full or prorated refund based on participation up to that point.
