Our Live from home, Live online Yoga, and Home based Fitness program sessions conducted On Zoom meeting app are designed to help you Get fit anywhere while maintaining flexibility, privacy, and comfort.
By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any program or service provided by FreakFitYog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General Terms
1. FreakFitYog operates as a registered digital fitness brand headquartered in New Delhi, India, offering fitness and wellness training services via Online Virtual platforms.
2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Participant” or “User”) and FreakFitYog (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”).
3. Participation in any session implies acceptance of these Terms, along with the associated Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Service Fulfillment Policy available on our website.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions shall take effect immediately upon publication on www.freakfityog.com
2. Program Access and Eligibility
1. Our programs are Only for women aged 18 years or above. Participants below this age must have explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Each program offered by FreakFitYog is Online Virtual, accessible From home or Get fit anywhere, using the Zoom meeting app or other approved digital platforms.
3. Participants are required to maintain internet connectivity, device readiness, and active engagement throughout sessions.
4. Enrolment is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or class links with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
3. Payments and Billing
1. All payments for FreakFitYog programs shall be made in full at the time of registration through secure payment options, including Razorpay, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, Credit Card, or Online Bank Transfer.
2. Prices listed on our platform are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes, unless otherwise specified.
3. In the event of a payment failure or delay, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to ongoing sessions.
4. Any disputes relating to payment processing are governed by RBI digital transaction norms and shall be resolved in coordination with the payment provider.
4. User Responsibilities
1. Participants agree to follow the instructor’s guidance responsibly and inform the trainer of any health concerns prior to class participation.
2. The Home based Fitness program is designed for Ladies only, and users must ensure privacy and decorum during all Live online Yoga sessions.
3. Users must refrain from recording, redistributing, or reselling class content, videos, or materials without written consent from FreakFitYog.
4. Participants must maintain respectful communication within all group chats, sessions, and communities hosted by FreakFitYog.
5. Violation of these responsibilities may result in removal from the program without a refund.
5. Health Disclaimer
1. By joining FreakFitYog’s Online Virtual Exclusive women fitness program, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in fitness activities.
2. Our trainers are qualified to guide and motivate you, but they are not medical professionals. Participants should consult a doctor before starting any exercise routine, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
3. FreakFitYog will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or health issue arising from negligence, incorrect form, or non-compliance with instructions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
1. All program content, including recorded sessions, text, designs, graphics, and brand assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of FreakFitYog.
2. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
7. Termination of Services
1. FreakFitYog reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a participant’s access in case of:
Policy violation
Misconduct or harassment
Payment disputes
Sharing of program materials without consent
2. Terminated participants shall not be entitled to any refund unless explicitly approved by management.
8. Refund & Cancellations
1. Refunds are processed in accordance with the FreakFitYog Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
2. Refund requests outside the stated conditions shall not be entertained.
9. Limitation of Liability
1. While we strive to offer the highest standard of online fitness training, FreakFitYog shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, technical issues, or participant-related limitations.
2. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the participant for the concerned program.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of New Delhi.
